I've received my item and it does not fit, what can I do?
We accept returns or exchanges for up to 14 days since the date of purchase, once this time limit has been reached returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
All items must be returned with tags intact and must be in unused condition.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer international shipment on all of our items, shipping is quoted in the checkout page of the site.
I’ve just made an order, when can you ship the order?
We ship during weekdays only, this is to prevent your order from being kept over the weekend in the post office.
If your order is placed before 3 PM we will attempt to get your item out the same day with next day Royal Mail delivery.
A product that I'd like is out of stock, what can I do?
We can't guarantee restocks, however there is a high chance that there will be a restock of our products. If you'd like to stay informed, please sign up to our newsletter to remain informed about new products and further restocks.
I've still not received my order, where is it?
If you've ordered on Friday, there is a chance that you could receive the item on Monday rather than Saturday.
If 10 days have elapsed and you have still not received your item, please contact us using the contact form and we'll supply you with a tracking code.
